FAQs

When can we start?

Contracts with me start on the 1st of each month. Once we’ve had our discovery call and have a clear picture of our collaboration, I will send you a contract to sign and your first invoice, then we’ll agree on a time and date for our kickoff meeting.

What if we don’t get along?

I specifically reserve time during our discovery call to discuss our values and how we like to work. This is a good time for both of us to figure out if we’ll get along.

We’ll also have another dedicated check-in after 5 months to review what’s working, what’s not working, how we can improve, if the number of hours is adapted to the workload, and if we’d both like to continue working together.

Will I need a lot of time for planning and delegating?

Working with me is truly a collaboration, and the main objective is to alleviate stress and workload for you. When we begin, our first meeting will be focused on setting objectives, defining imperatives and deadlines, and defining a process that works for us both.

We will clarify stakeholders, who I’ll be collaborating and communicating with, and the frequency of feedback calls. I provide you with transparent time tracking so that we can easily discuss and adjust how the time is used.

Going through these steps from the start will give me a certain level of autonomy, allowing you to focus on other priorities, while still having a clear overview of my work and progress.

Can I change package once we’ve started?

Yes—during our 5-month check-in we’ll have time to redefine the number of hours and increase or decrease the package if needed, according to my availability. We will repeat this review process every few months afterwards.

Since we take the time to discuss your needs, the structure of your business, your objectives and the workload before we start, this limits the likelihood of any surprises in the first few months.
